This objective stems directly from the logic of the base project, which requires not only abstract compliance but also the ability to prove governance, meet data subject SLAs, maintain an audit trail, respond to incidents, control sub-operators, and consolidate evidence in a data room. Participant Profile Course participants will be able to act as coordinators or implementers of the DPO function in public or private organizations, with the ability to translate the legal requirements of the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) into operational flows, policies, routines, evidence, and controls.
