1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website

https://www.algor.uk and related digital services made available under the ALGOR brand by XPER GLOBAL LIMITED (“ALGOR”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, creating an account, joining as a member, participating in groups or forums, registering for events, requesting consulting, or purchasing products, certifications or other services, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy published on the website.

2. Services

ALGOR provides information, community features, educational content, events, membership resources, chapter engagement, publications, consulting interfaces, certification-related information and other digital services focused on AI governance, regulation, digital transformation and related themes. Some services may be free; others may require registration, eligibility checks, acceptance of specific rules or payment.

3. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You represent that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you have legal capacity to accept these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, for activities carried out through your account, and for promptly notifying ALGOR of any suspected unauthorized use or security issue.

4. Membership, groups and community conduct

If you register as a member or participate in groups, forums, chapters or community spaces, you must act lawfully, respectfully and professionally. You must not publish or transmit content that is unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory, harassing, infringing, misleading, confidential without authorization, or otherwise harmful to third parties or to the integrity of the community. ALGOR may moderate content, restrict access, suspend participation or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law or community guidelines.

5. User-generated contentrocessing and legal bases

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit, post or upload, but you grant ALGOR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for the duration necessary to operate the service, to host, reproduce, display, format and make available such content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, promoting and securing the relevant website features and community interactions. You represent that you have the necessary rights and authorizations to submit such content.

6. Purchases, payments and third-party processors

Certain products, services, certifications, consulting arrangements or memberships may be

offered for payment. Prices, eligibility criteria, scope, payment conditions and any refund rules must be disclosed at the relevant point of purchase or in a specific commercial proposal.

Payment transactions may be processed by independent third-party providers, including

Mercado Pago or equivalent processors. ALGOR does not store full payment card data when transactions are handled directly by such providers. Users are also subject to the terms and privacy notices of the payment processor.

7. Scheduling and professional interactions

Requests for meetings, consulting or specialist interactions submitted through scheduling pages or forms are subject to availability, internal acceptance and any additional engagement terms communicated at the time of booking. Submission of a request does not automatically create a professional services contract unless and until expressly confirmed by ALGOR.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website layout, texts, logos, trademarks, visual identity, publications, guides, selection and arrangement of content, and related intellectual property made available by ALGOR are protected by applicable law and belong to ALGOR or its licensors. No ownership or license is granted except for the limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the website for its intended lawful purposes. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution, scraping, commercial exploitation or reverse engineering without authorization is prohibited, except as permitted by law.

9. Acceptable use restrictions

You must not: (a) violate applicable laws, regulations or third-party rights; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts; (c) interfere with website availability, security or functionality; (d) use bots, crawlers or automated means in a manner that overloads or harms the service; (e) upload malware, malicious code or harmful content; (f) impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation; or (g) use the website in a manner inconsistent with its stated purposes.

Unless expressly stated in a formal engagement, the content published on the website is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, regulatory assurance, audit opinion, certification guarantee or professional consulting recommendation tailored to a specific case. 13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

15. Suspension and termination

ALGOR may suspend or terminate access, accounts, memberships, postings or service availability if there is a reasonable indication of violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, security risk, abusive behavior, fraud, or any use that jeopardizes the platform, the community or third parties. Whenever feasible and appropriate, ALGOR may adopt graduated measures before permanent removal.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the specific

relationship and mandatory consumer and data protection rules that may apply. For users and processing activities subject to Brazilian law, LGPD/GDPR and other mandatory provisions shall be observed. A specific contractual relationship may establish additional jurisdiction or dispute resolution clauses. In the absence of a specific contract and subject to mandatory rules, disputes should first be submitted to good-faith negotiation through the contact channels published on the

website.
